Splitload Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator” or “Splitload”) is committed to protecting the personal data of the users of the website splitload.co. Below you will find answers to the most relevant questions regarding processing your data within the framework of our website, hereinafter referred to as the “website”

2. How do we process your personal data?
The Administrator processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”). When processing your personal data, Splitload implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate protection of your personal data following applicable regulations.As part of your use of the website, the Administrator may process your personal data stored in cookies and data relating to the conclusion and performance of the Contracts between us. 3. Purposes and Basis of Data Processing
We will process your personal data: to enable you to use the website and enjoy the services provided through it;to enable or improve the functioning of the website, to improve contact with you, to monitor the quality of customer service, to create analyses of the results of Splitload’s business activities for internal purposes (which purposes constitute the legitimate interests of Splitload, i.e. based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);marketing of Splitload’s products and services related to the sale and distribution of Splitload’s services (which purposes constitute the legitimate interests of Splitload, i.e. based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);possible establishment and investigation of claims or defence against claims (based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); – for the duration of the proceedings and the period of limitation of potential claims;

4. Who has access to your data?

5. How do we take care of your data?
Splitload ensures the application of technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, accountability and continuity of the processed personal data of website users. We oversee compliance with the principles of personal data protection set forth in internal procedures that remain in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.

6. How long do we keep personal data?
Splitload collects personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of data processing indicated in para. 3 above. We will process your personal data for marketing purposes until you object to the processing. For data processed based on Splitload’s legitimate interests, for purposes other than marketing, we may process your data until our legitimate interests forming the basis for such processing are fulfilled or until you raise a legitimate objection to such processing (more in point 7 below). After processing your data for the above purposes, your data may be processed to establish or assert Splitload’s claims or defend against possible third-party claims against Splitload. Such data will be processed until such claims are satisfied, or the statute of limitations prescribed by law has expired, or the proceedings conducted in connection therewith are completed, whichever is longer.

7. What rights do you have?
Splitload ensures the exercise of your rights following the provisions of the GDPR. Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

If you encounter problems with processing your request or in a situation where it is not possible to process your request, a person designated by Splitload will respond to your request within the same period, along with the reasons for refusing or extending the deadline for processing your request. As a rule, the exercise of your rights is carried out free of charge and without limitation as to frequency unless the requests are continuous. If we have not met your expectations concerning the protection of personal data and the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, which is:
